Information we collect and use
Purchases. We collect checkout information such as your name, email, billing address, purchased product, and payment status to process orders, deliver files, provide support, and maintain business records. Required checkout details are necessary to complete your purchase.
Support. We use your contact details, messages, and any files you send to answer questions and resolve issues.
Website visits. We and our providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, and website or download logs to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, and prevent fraud.
Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, our legal bases are fulfilling your purchase contract, meeting applicable legal obligations, and legitimate interests in answering inquiries, securing the site, and maintaining necessary business records. We rely on consent where required.
Payments and service providers
Our store uses WooCommerce. Stripe processes payments and receives payment, transaction, and device information. We receive transaction details to manage your order. Stripe may combine information across its services for fraud prevention and recognize returning customers using Link. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Our hosting, payment, file-delivery, and email providers receive information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
Your downloaded workbook
You choose where to save your downloaded Excel workbook. Purchasing it does not give GetMeFi access to your bank accounts.
If you send a workbook or screenshot for support, we receive its contents. Remove account numbers, login credentials, and unnecessary personal or financial details first.
Cookies and external links
Cookies and similar technologies support shopping-cart, checkout, and security functions. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect checkout.
Retention and your choices
We retain order information as needed for purchases, accounting, tax, and legal requirements; support messages for requests, follow-up, and disputes; and technical logs for security and troubleshooting.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner where applicable.
Right to object: Where applicable, you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
